Applications for CM/ECF Account

The court provides multiple levels of access for users to file within the CM/ECF system. Applications with original signatures are considered to be the official "Signature on File" with our court, and MUST be sent to the Court. Electronic Signatures such as /s/ signatures, facsimile signatures or mechanically reproduced (copied or faxed) signatures are not acceptable substitutes.

  • Appeals
  • Motions/applications
  • Proof of claims
  • Proposed orders

Application for Creditor/Limited Use Password - Typical documents associated with this type of registration include, but are not limited to:

  • Assignments/transfers of claims
  • Proof of claims
  • Notices of appearance
  • Reaffirmation agreements

Application for Financial Management Course Providers Registration - Typical documents associated with this type of registration include:

  • Financial Management Certificate of Completion on behalf of a debtor.
