User Support and Availability

CM/ECF user support is available by calling 504-589-7878 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

Although CM/ECF is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, it may be necessary for the court to interrupt service for maintenance at various times. Please be aware that if you choose to file at hours other than the supported time you may experience an interruption of service.
