The U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana is happy to announce that Heather Rouchon has been selected for the Chief Deputy position.  Ms. Rouchon has worked for the Bankruptcy Court for almost eight years and has progressively advanced by handling more high-level management responsibilities in recent years.  Prior to joining the Judiciary, she was the Director of Operations for The File Depot of East St. Tammany. 

Ms. Rouchon has a strong understanding and background in court operations, in addition to a wealth of knowledge and experience with bankruptcy rules and regulations.  The Court is confident in her ability to successfully navigate the challenges of this position.   Please join us in congratulating Ms. Rouchon on her promotion.
