• 2:30 p.m. - Motions for Relief from Stay (only for chapter 13 cases and including Motions to Vacate, Reinstate, & Reconsider)
  Please Note: Chapter 13 Motions for Relief from Stay must be set on the next available hearing date. Motions to Reconsider, Vacate, or Reinstate the Stay must be set on the next available hearing date that provides at least 21 days’ notice.

All other Chapter 13 Motions should be set as follows (telephonic only):
