On March 23, 2026, Crosby Marine Transportation, LLC, Crosby Tugs, L.L.C., Crosby Dredging, LLC, and Bertucci Contracting Company, L.L.C. filed Chapter 11 Voluntary Petitions at the Louisiana Eastern Bankruptcy Court. The cases have been consolidated for procedural purposes only and shall be jointly administered by the Court under Crosby Marine Transportation, LLC, Case No. 26-10678.  The case has been designated as a complex case.
