The United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Louisiana now requires appraisals in Chapter 13 Cram Down and Lien Strip cases to be separately filed.

A new event has been created.  It is located under the Bankruptcy, Other category: Appraisal in re Chapter 13 Cram Down or Lien strip.

Failure to file the appraisal separately will result in a deficiency.
