This Court’s Amended General Order Implementing Hybrid Model Plan for Conduct of Hearings has been amended to update protocols regarding:
- The start time for chapter 13 panel dockets;
- Procedural changes regarding continuances of confirmation hearings, motions to dismiss, and motions to lift/modify the automatic stay filed in chapter 13 cases;
- Procedural changes for filing and noticing for hearing motions to lift/modify the automatic stay in chapter 13 cases; and
- Incorporation of General Order 2024-5 governing omnibus dates for evidentiary hearings for consensual plans filed in subchapter V.
The changes, identified in footnote one of the Amended General Order and above, are effective January 1, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: Any notices of hearing for hearings set after January 1, 2025 must comply with the Amended General Order.
Where applicable, please update templates regarding the Chapter 13 Wednesday docket to reflect the new start time of 8:30 a.m.:
"For judicial expediency telephonic hearings for Chapter 13 matters will be called in alphabetical order according to attorneys last name, starting at 8:30 a.m. regardless of when the hearing is set."
